# Receptionist – Shangri-La Hotel & Nirvana Hotel (Laklouk, Lebanon) We are looking for a **Receptionist** to join our team at Shangri-La Hotel and Nirvana Hotel, located in the beautiful mountain resort of Laklouk, Lebanon. Accommodation and meals will be provided. ## Key Requirements * Fluent in **English, French, and Arabic** (spoken and written). * Good knowledge of **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Patient, proactive, and capable of working under pressure. * Physically fit, as the role requires moving around the resort throughout the day. * Previous experience in hospitality or reception is an advantage. ## Main Responsibilities * Answer phone calls and assist guests with their inquiries. * Manage hotel reservations and bookings. * Reply to emails and prepare quotations and offers. * Perform guest check-ins and check-outs. * Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests. * Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally. * Maintain accurate reservation and guest records. * Work closely with the reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure excellent guest service. ## Working Conditions During the high season, flexibility is essential.
