Head Chef – Laklouk Village Vacances
Laklouk Village Vacances is looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations in Laklouk, Lebanon.
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise a kitchen team of 3–4 cooks, supported by 2 stewards.
Oversee all food preparation and kitchen operations.
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and consistency.
Develop and improve menus while maintaining cost control.
Train, motivate, and lead the kitchen team.
Work hands-on alongside the team and lead by example.
Manage food purchasing, stock control, and waste reduction.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in hotels, resorts, or high-volume restaurants.
Strong knowledge of both Oriental and Occidental cuisine.
Experience in pastry and dessert preparation is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong organizational and communication abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on attitude with a willingness to actively participate in daily kitchen operations.
