Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Enter stock related data into software, such as received, delivered or returned products.
• Update records promptly in case of changes in inventory levels, product details or warehouse locations.
• Monitor inventory levels regularly, reporting any discrepancies, stock levels, shortages and excesses.
• Develop and maintain strategies to prevent overstocking or stock-outs.
• Work closely with concerned employees to reconcile inventory counts.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all warehouse activities, such as delivery notes, invoices and stock movement (IN/OUT).
• Coordinate with purchasing department concerning stock levels and restocking needs.
• Assist in physical inventory counts and audits, to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Supervise shipments, making sure delivery note matches sales order.
• Ensure that all products listed in the BOQ are available in stock.
• Provide operators with the requested products upon receiving the necessary documents.

Education & Experience:
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Technical Degree.
• Previous experience in data entry is a plus
