About us We are a leading foam manufacturing company in Lebanon, supplying high-quality foam products both locally and internationally. We’re looking for an organized, energetic person to join our team. The role As our Sales & Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be the link between our customers, our sales team, and our factory floor. You’ll make sure orders are handled smoothly from the moment they come in until they reach the customer, and you’ll also support the factory’s HR and product quality control. You’ll work from our office and the adjacent factory, and we’ll train you on our internal systems and processes. What you’ll do • Receive and process customer orders, quotes, and invoices • Coordinate with the factory on stock availability and production timelines • Schedule and follow up on deliveries • Keep customers updated on their orders and handle their questions • Maintain accurate sales and delivery records • Support the sales team with day-to-day follow-up and reporting • Assist with factory HR tasks, such as attendance, staff records, and onboarding • Take part in product quality control, checking finished products against our standards before delivery What we’re looking for • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail • Dynamic and flexible, comfortable handling several tasks at once • Strong communication and people skills • An analytical mindset and a practical, problem-solving approach • Basic computer skills • Fluent Arabic and a good level of English • Prior experience in sales support, logistics, or a manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required If you’re interested, please email your CV to info@bed-bed.com with the subject “Sales & Logistics Coordinator".
