Description
Haddad for Aluminium & Hardware is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing & Data Entry Associate to join our operations team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the day-to-day administrative and purchasing operations of a growing company. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter all purchasing transactions into the company's ERP system. Prepare and maintain historical purchasing reports and records. Track supplier payments and monitor lead times for purchased goods. Record and maintain operational expenses, including: Fuel Electricity Fleet maintenance Warehouse and retail shop maintenance Other supplier-related operational expenses Maintain inventory records in Microsoft Excel as a secondary backup to the ERP system. Update stock movement records following sales transactions. Prepare and issue fuel coupons for company drivers while monitoring and recording fuel consumption. Maintain a secondary record of customer Statements of Account (SOAs) as a backup to the accounting department. Coordinate with external sales representatives by preparing invoices for customer orders while they are in the field. Ensure all purchasing and operational records remain accurate, organized, and up to date. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Previous administrative, purchasing, accounting support, or ERP experience is an advantage, but motivated recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Arabic and English. What We Offer A stable, full-time position within an established Lebanese company.
