WE ARE HIRING – Playground Supervisor
📍 Location: Ballouneh, Keserwan – Lebanon

📌 Position Level: Mid-Level Management
We are seeking a motivated, organized Supervisor with proven managerial experience to join our growing playground.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily business operations and administrative activities.
Lead, guide and monitor staff performance to ensure productivity and accountability.
Identify operational challenges, and implement effective solutions.
Coordinate birthdays with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
Support management in planning events, activities and business development initiatives.
Experience preparing reports, monitoring performance and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, including kids and entetainment responsibilities.
Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks and manage priorities.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative and demonstrate accountability.
Fluency in Arabic and good command of English; French
