Choco & Spice is looking for a motivated and passionate sous Pastry Chef to join our team. If you have pastry experience we’d love to hear from you!
Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare, fill, and build cake layers.
* Decorate cakes and desserts to our quality standards.
* Manage daily kitchen workflow and ensure smooth operations.
* Organize production schedules to ensure all customer orders are completed on time.
* Monitor inventory and stock levels, and report items that need replenishment.
* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
* Work closely with the team to improve efficiency and product quality.
