Part-Time Social Media Manager & Content Creator Location: Qornet El Hamra / Beirut, Lebanon Compensation: $500/month Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours About the Role: I’m looking for a creative, reliable, and proactive social media content creator to help build my personal brand across Instagram and TikTok. The goal is to create high-quality, engaging short-form content that reflects my actual lifestyle, interests, and work — building a credible, distinctive personal brand without looking like a generic influencer. Content will focus on real estate, business, life in Lebanon, fitness, travel, personal life and relationships, and day-to-day activities. Responsibilities: Identify content opportunities, creative angles, and ideas that align with the brand. Plan and film short-form content, including Reels and TikToks. Edit engaging, high-quality videos with strong pacing, hooks, and storytelling. Take photos when needed. Develop captions, content concepts, and posting ideas. Identify relevant trends, formats, and creative approaches that fit the brand. Organize content and maintain a consistent posting schedule. Occasionally attend meetings, activities, property visits, projects, or events to capture content. Expected Deliverables: Approximately 2 hours of filming per week, primarily in or around Qornet El Hamra. 5 high-quality Reels per filming session, each approximately 15–20 seconds long. Video editing, captions, content ideation, and assistance with posting. The role is deliverable-based rather than tied to fixed working hours. Flexibility is important, but consistency, quality, and reliability are essential. The ideal candidate: Understands Instagram Reels and TikTok and knows what makes short-form content engaging. Has a strong creative eye, good visual taste, and a sense of storytelling. Can confidently film and edit content independently. Can contribute original ideas rather than simply execute instructions. Understands social media trends but knows how to adapt them naturally to a personal brand. Is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a flexible, fast-paced environment.
