We're Hiring: Maintenance Technician
📍 Location: Bikfaya, Industrial Park, Lebanon
🏢 Company: Technica International SAL.
Technica International is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Inspect equipment and identify potential failures.
• Repair or replace defective components to minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records and report completed work.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance.
Qualifications
• Technical degree (BT, TS, LT or equivalent) in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Maintenance.
• One year experience in the maintenance field (Pneumatic, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC experience). Experience in industrial maintenance is an asset.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
