Description
We're looking for a senior kitchen hand to work closely with our head chef across both locations. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, not a stepping stone position for someone still figuring out what they want to do.
What the role is: You'll be in the kitchen daily, supporting service, maintaining standards, and contributing to how we do things. The right person will grow into more. We're not in a rush to define a ceiling.
What we need:
* 5+ years in a professional kitchen or institution
* Fluent written and spoken English
* Comfortable with technology: you use AI tools, you're not afraid of a spreadsheet, you don't need someone to set up your email
* Ideas. Opinions and passion about food. A point of view you can defend.
* A positive presence in the kitchen - this team runs on respect, not ego
What we offer: $1,200–$1,800/month depending on experience, with room to grow as you do.
