What You'll Do:
• Mentor and motivate our field sales team to hit target benchmarks.
• Manage high-value relationships across key HORECA and food service accounts.
• Keep ground operations aligned with management goals.
What You Need:
✅ Solid track record in Food Service / HORECA sales
✅ Hands-on experience in sales supervision or team leadership
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
✅ Own personal car (mandatory)
