Job description :
-Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth service.
-Lead, supervise, and motivate the front-of-house team.
-Ensure exceptional guest experience and high service standards.
-Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
-Coordinate with the kitchen and management team.
-Manage reservations, seating, and floor organization.
-Train and support team members while monitoring performance.
-Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and company standards are maintained.
- Accomadation available if needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar restaurant/hospitality role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
