Description
We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Foreman to join our team in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate daily fit-out works at site.
* Manage workers, subcontractors, and site activities.
* Ensure works are completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
* Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, and other trades.
* Monitor work quality, productivity, and progress.
* Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
* Follow HSE and site safety requirements.
* Report daily progress and site issues to the Project/Construction Manager.
* Coordinate civil, gypsum, ceiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, MEP and other fit-out activities.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in fit-out/interior works.
* Strong knowledge of construction and finishing works.
* Ability to read drawings and coordinate site activities.
* Good manpower and subcontractor management skills.
* Qatar/GCC experience is preferred.
* Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
