We’re Hiring: FEMALE Cashier & Customer Service Representative
Choco & Spice is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Cashier & Customer Service Representative to join our team!
Main Responsibilities:
* Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
* Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries professionally.
* Accurately take and enter customer orders into the system.
* Handle cashier duties, including processing payments and maintaining accurate cash records.
* Package cakes and desserts carefully to ensure they are presented and transported safely.
* Schedule and coordinate deliveries to ensure all orders are dispatched on time.
* Keep track of daily expenses and maintain accurate records.
* Communicate with the kitchen and delivery team to ensure orders are prepared and delivered on schedule.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house area.
Requirements:
ENGLISH LANGUAGE IS A MUST
* Previous experience in cashiering, customer service, or retail is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Comfortable using WhatsApp, and basic computer applications.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
* Responsible, reliable, and a positive team player.
