Description
Coordinate and schedule daily deliveries efficiently.
Assign drivers and vehicles according to delivery routes and priorities.
Communicate delivery instructions clearly to drivers and helpers.
Monitor deliveries and ensure orders arrive on time.
Coordinate with the warehouse, sales, logistics, and outlet teams.
Verify that orders and delivery documents are complete before dispatch.
Track drivers’ attendance, departure times, routes, and return times.
Respond quickly to delivery delays, vehicle issues, and urgent requests.
Maintain accurate records of dispatched and completed deliveries.
Ensure drivers follow company procedures, assigned routes, and safety regulations.
Collect delivery documents, invoices, and customer confirmations.
Prepare daily reports on delivery status, delays, and operational issues.
Support route planning to reduce transportation time and costs.
Report vehicle maintenance needs and driver-related concerns to management.
