The Food Delivery Dispatcher will be responsible for handling day-to-day customer orders, communicating and working with both drivers and the operational team. The role includes checking the quality of the products, proper packing, ensuring order accuracy, and making sure customers receive their orders promptly and accurately. Additionally, the dispatcher will ensure the proper handling of bags by delivery drivers.
