Ownership History:
Owned and maintained for over 4 years. Engine swapped with a healthy 2.5L unit (~45,000 km on the engine when bought) driven for over 25,000km, no issue. Responsive car, smooth, and reliable.
Original interior matching with car number + oem pioneer touch screen.
Key Maintenance Completed:
Head gasket replaced (~10,000 km driven since replacement with zero oil or coolant leaks; always run on proper antifreeze).
Water expansion tank, can be replaced after 5,000km as 2 years now passed

Ignition coils running good no misfire
All filters regularly changed
Gear oil at -5000km changed no problem, zf 5sp steptronic.
Fresh Liqui Moly engine oil and bmw filter. 2 months ago and not driven
Fresh break oil flush change. 2 months ago and not deiven
Fresh battery 2 months ago and not driven
Fresh antifreeze flush changed 6 months ago.
All rubber pipes replaced as i check regularly to prevent any kind of leak or overheating. Car ready to drive back and forth Beirut to Faraya with no issues.
New back tires 90%
New front tires 80%
Convertible locks fixed at Hsein maak ma tefro2 ma3ak, no issues for 2 years but now error, checked all wires no issue no leak oil, maybe needs hydrolic oil or reset on scanner since i changed battery 2 mo ths ago. فراشة نحاس، قفولة منفوضين. Max fix 100$ maybe 10$
Catalics removed from previous owner, i just removed check engine light with software
Almost zero leaks in winter heavy rain (regular rain no leak) but in car wash if pointed at the window it will leak especially from window rubber which is little torn.
Vehicle Needed Repairs:
Brakes in good working order (discs can be turned twice more) but pads ready for service.
Driver's seat requires minor seam stitching. 30 - 50$
Doors panel interior and soeaker cover require replacement due to loose/damaged mountings from previous owners and age (buying used replacement doors recommended or khodr ftouni would do.) 200 - 300$
A/C System: Needs a new compressor, radiator, and cooling box (new OEM or quality aftermarket recommended over used parts). 300 - 400$
Needs a differential flex joint (guibo cushion) to resolve the engagement noise when switching from D to R. 60$
Replacement outer window weatherstrip trim (rubber, to prevent car wash leak)
Can add rear camera to the screen, plus change microphone wire 30$
