Carizi is seeking highly skilled automotive professionals based in Lebanon to join our growing offshore team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong experience in the auto industry who excel at customer communication, lead cultivation and guiding clients through the vehicle purchasing journey. You will play a key role in supporting our sales team by engaging leads, building trust with clients, and helping drive deals to completion. Key Responsibilities Engage and cultivate inbound and outbound automotive leads Build rapport with clients and assess their vehicle needs and budget Guide customers through the vehicle buying process from inquiry to close Answer phone calls and assist with client inquiries using an AI assistant Locate vehicle pictures through partner dealerships and prepare them for clients to view Support internal teams by preparing clients for next steps in the process Clearly explain vehicle options and pricing Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to maximize conversion rates Accurately update CRM systems with client interactions and deal progress What We’re Looking For Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Confident, professional, and persuasive phone presence Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work North American business hours (7pm - 3am EEST) Access to a computer with high-speed internet Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools Strong ability to retain and apply training and new information What We Offer Competitive offshore compensation Performance-based incentives/bonuses with no cap on earning potential Long-term growth opportunities within a fast-growing automotive company Ongoing training and development Stable, remote work environment Why Join Carizi?
