Diocletian was a soldier in the Roman Army and when he was in reign he made reforms in the military,the financial ,administration,religion and architectue and changed the rules of the Roman Empire. One of the most important achievments of Diicletian was the " tetrarchy" ruling of four" as he splited the empire into two sections, the Eastern Empire and the Western Empire. .
