# Reservation & Guest Relations Coordinator (Hybrid)
**Location:** Laklouk Village Vacances, Lebanon
**Employment Type:** Full-Time / Hybrid
## About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, customer-oriented, and proactive Reservation & Guest Relations Coordinator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all incoming inquiries and reservations across the resort, including hotel rooms, restaurants, weddings, events, and activities. This is a key position requiring excellent communication, sales, and problem-solving skills.
## Main Responsibilities
* Answer and manage all incoming phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries.
* Handle reservations for:
* Hotels and villas
* Restaurants
* Weddings and private events
* Activities and experiences
* Provide accurate information about the resort, facilities, rates, and services.
* Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
* Prepare quotations, contracts, and booking confirmations.
* Coordinate with the operations, housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, and events teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
* Resolve guest complaints and operational issues promptly and professionally.
* Maintain accurate records in reservation and booking systems.
* Upsell resort services, activities, events, and accommodation packages.
* Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after each guest stay or event.
## Working Arrangement
This is a hybrid position.
* During periods when the hotel is open and operating, the coordinator is expected to be physically present at the resort.
* Outside operational periods, remote work may be permitted.
* Availability is required to oversee communications between **8:00 AM and 10:00 PM**, with calls and inquiries managed professionally throughout the day.
## Requirements
* Excellent communication skills in **Arabic, English, and French**.
* Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, customer service, or sales.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
* Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, reservation systems, CRM tools).
* Strong sales mindset with the ability to convert inquiries into bookings.
* Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
* Hospitality experience is highly preferred.
