US Operations Coordination Role
Location: On-site – Zouk Mosbeh
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 4PM to 1AM
About the Role
A fast-growing international operations support team is looking for individuals to coordinate real-time service requests and ensure smooth execution across multiple stakeholders.
*** What you’ll be doing:
- Handle incoming requests and coordinate execution from start to finish
- Communicate with technicians, vendors, and internal teams
- Track progress and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Maintain and update internal systems, logs, and shared databases
- Flag delays or issues and escalate when needed
*** What we’re looking for:
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Clear English communication (written & verbal)
- Familiarity with tools like spreadsheets, shared drives, or task tracking systems
- Background in operations, coordination, customer support, or dispatch is a plus
