This is a hands-on development role. You should be comfortable taking a requirement from concept through development, testing, integration, and deployment.
We are particularly interested in developers who understand both traditional software engineering and how AI can be integrated into real business applications.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain production web applications
Build frontend and backend functionality
Design and integrate REST APIs and third-party services
Develop AI-powered features and applications
Integrate LLMs and AI APIs into production systems
Build AI workflows, agents, automations, and data-processing pipelines
Work with databases and cloud/backend infrastructure
Develop integrations between different platforms and systems
Debug and optimize existing applications
Implement authentication, security, error handling, and performance improvements
Test and deploy reliable production code
Research and evaluate new AI technologies
Participate in technical architecture and development decisions
Mentor junior developers when required
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional software or web development experience
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python skills
Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js
Backend development experience
Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and integrations
Experience with Git and professional development workflows
Practical understanding of cloud deployment and production environments
Experience integrating AI APIs or LLM-based functionality is strongly preferred
Understanding of prompt engineering, structured outputs, RAG, agents, or AI workflows is a strong advantage
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Serious, accountable, and results-oriented
Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory
Candidate Standard
This is not an entry-level position.
Candidates must be able to clearly explain applications they personally developed, their exact contribution, technologies used, architectural decisions, challenges encountered, and how they solved them.
A GitHub profile, portfolio, deployed applications, or demonstrable production work is strongly preferred.
Simply listing React, Python, AI, ChatGPT, or similar technologies on a CV without being able to demonstrate practical knowledge will not be sufficient.
