We are looking for a motivated, creative, and organized individual to manage our online fashion store’s presence and customer relations.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing our Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and TikTok accounts
• Handling customer messages, inquiries, and order-related questions
• Posting engaging and visually appealing content (stories, posts, reels)
• Building a consistent and attractive brand identity
• Running promotions, giveaways, or influencer campaigns
• Monitoring performance and adjusting content strategy accordingly
• Collaborating with influencers if needed
