- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Understand and promote sports merchandise, including footwear, apparel, and equipment
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and preferences
- Maintain stock levels, merchandising, and displays according to brand standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Support inventory checks and stock replenishment
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets
- Stay updated on product knowledge, current promotions, and in-store events
- Perform other duties as assigned
