C Beirut Hotel & Furnished Aparment In Mar Roukoz, is recruiting a professional, welcoming, and organized Receptionist to join their hospitality team As the face of the hotel, you will manage front-desk operations, handle guest relations, and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
Key Requirements
• Experience: Previous experience in a hotel front office or a high-volume customer service role is highly preferred.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a good command of the English language.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Hands-on experience with hotel PMS (Property Management Systems) is a major plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Presentation: Professional appearance.
Working Hours & Schedule
• Schedule: 6 working days per week (1 day off)
