Hello, I am a teen offering personal training to all ages. I focus on teens and getting them in shape, but with all my expertise I also offer pesonal training to adults, men and women. I am extremly active and healthy and well built and have a few years of very good active lifestyle training. I work out of a state of the art gym in downtown Beirut that includes all equipment. I also can run and offer swimming with my personal training lessons. There is a state of art lap pool attached with my gym. I charge $15 per hour but can offer discounts if you purchase a bundle of 8 or more sessions or 2 or more people at a time. I will design a work out plan that will best suit you once we meet and discuss your workout goals. Can also offer meal plans.
