Ensures that all display contracts are being honored and takes action when not in compliance after informing key account sales representative.
Ensures that all products on the shelves are organized, clean, and filled based on preset planograms,
Ensures that all products (on shelves and in Warehouse) are stored based on the recommended storage conditions
Perform regular stock counts (on shelves and warehouse)
Regularly and when requested send photos to sales manager of displays (primary, secondary, etc…)
Follows the predefined allocated call cycle unless instructed otherwise by modern trade sales manager
Aggressively seeks to increase the company’s brands’ shelf space when no written contracts are available after consulting with modern trade sales manager
Executes all promotional material and secondary display deployment (gondolas, shelf talkers, danglers , brochures, flyers, posters, stands, pyramids, etc…) missions
Promotes company goods when requested to do so
Ensure that old products are sold ahead of their expiration date and inform sales representative when action needs to be taken
Send Requests for Returns to sales representative in case of damaged products
Progressively build effective business relationships with shelf personnel and store managers and owners
Inform Modern trade sales manager about any customer complaints or discrepancies in displays or anything else that is deemed unusual
Monitor company’s and competitor’s shelf prices and fill the daily reports
Proposes ideas for promotions and visibility which have an impact on sales to modern trade sales manger
Fill and submit any type of required reports by modern trade sales manager (daily or monthly)
Additional duties and responsibilities can be later on assigned as per management decision.
