We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Indoor Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of industrial, construction, and agricultural equipment and machinery from our office/showroom.
This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales to support customers and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to equipment and machinery
Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs
Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales proposals
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Coordinate with the logistics and technical teams to ensure smooth order processing
Stay up to date with product specifications, pricing, and market trends
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial, construction, or agricultural equipment
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
Ability to understand technical product specifications
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
Fluency in [English/Arabic/French – adjust as needed]
