We are looking for a Fresh Graduate Architect to join our real estate development team in a hands-on role covering project execution, coordination, site follow-up, and sales support.
Main Responsibilities
* Work closely with the architect to develop permit drawings into coordinated execution drawings.
* Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, contractors, and other trades through execution.
* Assist in preparing and coordinating BOQs, quantities, specifications, and quotations.
* Follow up on site progress, materials, finishes, technical issues, and pending items.
* Work closely with the developer, attend meetings alongside him, assist with follow-ups, and gain direct exposure to the real estate development trade.
* Support sales by following up with leads generated through advertising and social media, providing project information and arranging property visits.
Area of Work
📍 Achrafieh / Beirut – Office, projects, meetings & property visits
📍 Feitroun / Keserwan – Construction sites, project coordination & property visits
The role requires flexibility to move between office, sites, meetings, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
Profile
Fresh graduate in Architecture with good AutoCAD skills. Organized, proactive, communicative, and interested in learning the construction and real estate development business from design and execution through sales.
