We are seeking a polished, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our luxury fitness studio in Dbayeh for the afternoon/evening shift.
Position: Receptionist (PM Shift)
Location: Dbayeh, Lebanon
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist members and guests with a warm and professional attitude
* Manage phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment bookings
* Handle membership registrations and administrative tasks
* Maintain the reception area to the highest standards
* Coordinate with trainers and management to ensure a seamless member experience
* Process payments and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
* Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Fluency in English and Arabic (French is a plus)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems
