This is a Rancilio Epoca commercial espresso machine, in a 2-group configuration.
It features:
* 2 espresso groups — allowing two baristas to prepare espresso simultaneously.
* Two steam wands — for steaming milk and preparing multiple milk-based drinks.
* Hot-water outlet for Americanos, tea, etc.
* Large cup warmer on top, with many espresso/cappuccino cups stored upside down.
* Dual pressure gauges on the front for monitoring boiler/pump pressure.
* Commercial stainless-steel work surface and drip trays.
* A fairly large, traditional commercial design, intended for cafés and higher-volume service
