📢 We Are Hiring: Call Center & Order Preparation Specialist
We are looking for a motivated team member to join our supermarket! If you have experience in retail, love interacting with customers, and know how to sell, we want you.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Handle incoming calls, assist customers, and take orders efficiently.
Order Preparation: Accurately prepare and pack supermarket orders for delivery.
Sales & Upselling: Suggest complementary items to customers to increase sales.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a supermarket environment (strong knowledge of supermarket items/brands).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong selling and upselling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
