Work Schedule
Shift: 8:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls with a high level of professionalism.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
Enter orders accurately using the Omega System.
Maintain fast and accurate data entry while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
Mandatory: Previous experience using the Omega System.
Previous experience in a Call Center is required.
Fast computer skills and excellent data entry speed.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently during late hours.
Preferred: Female candidates.
