WE’RE HIRING – CAFETERIA SUPERVISOR
We are looking for a responsible and organized Cafeteria Supervisor to manage the daily operation of our cafeteria in Achrafieh.
Main responsibilities include:
* Supervising the day-to-day cafeteria operation and coordinating the team during service
* Handling the cash register, customer payments and daily cash
* Ensuring accurate cash closing and proper reconciliation at the end of the shift
* Supervising the serving and dispatch of hot meals, sandwiches, salads and other ready-made items
* Ensuring smooth and efficient customer service, especially during peak hours
* Monitoring product availability and coordinating replenishment when needed
* Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and food-safety procedures are respected
* Organizing staff duties and maintaining a professional service environment
* Reporting operational issues, shortages or customer feedback to management
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a cafeteria, restaurant or food-service operation
* Experience handling cash and operating a POS system
* Good leadership and communication skills
* Organized, reliable and comfortable taking responsibility
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure
* Good customer-service skills
