*Responsibilities:*
A. Develop and build connections with clients to learn about their requirements and preferences in real estate.
B. Do market research and keep up of real estate trends and laws.
C. Advertise and list properties for rent or sale.
D. Assist buyers and sellers during discussions.
E. Provide outstanding client care and guarantee complete client satisfaction throughout the purchasing or selling transaction.
F. Maintain organization and handle transaction-related administrative activities.
*Requirements:*
A. A track record of success in selling real estate.
B. Effective bargaining and communication abilities.
C. The capacity to function both individually and together.
D. Knowledge of the real estate market and trends in the area.
D. Tech-savvy and knowledgeable about real estate software.
