The Backdoor Agent is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, organizing, and issuing merchandise to ensure accurate inventory management and timely store replenishment. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting customers and providing quality customer service.
Replenishing shelves and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
Receiving, counting, and inspecting merchandise for accuracy and quality.
Managing stock rotation between stores and the warehouse.
Organizing, classifying, and tagging stock for easy access and timely distribution.
Participating in inventory counts and reporting daily stock status to the Store Manager.
Performing other related duties as required.
